The hotel provided complimentary beverages and snacks throughout the day. I found the breakfast buffet offered a diverse and satisfying selection. The location made exploring nearby attractions very easy. I also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff in providing directions.

the location was acceptable though the street had restricted car access.
The front desk staff were often preoccupied with their phones. I found this quite dismissive. the breakfast area felt crowded. also, the rooms felt small, especially for couples needing space for luggage.

i found the room very clean and the bedding luxurious. the front desk staffs were kind and helpful, they assisted me with the tram to belém. a nice bar provided a perfect nightcap each evening.
the front of house staff seemed occupied with paperwork, they often didn't acknowledge me. the breakfast area felt overcrowded each morning though it had plenty of food.

This place is amazing! I really liked the complimentary walking tour. It was so informative. The hotel offered a prime location near many attractions! The team at the front desk were kind and helpful!
The shower had an strong jet! The handheld shower did not stay in place! Water went everywhere.

My room had high ceilings plus large windows overlooking the boulevard! Power shades are included, so convenient! The bedding was very comfortable, and I adored the modern bathrooms plus large showers.

The staff helped carry my luggage some distance from the lobby due to street closures. They had previously worked in Dubai hotels. Breakfast offered good choices and freshly cooked eggs. I also found complimentary drinks were available anytime.
Rooms are relatively small. There is limited space for luggage.
